Very best Freshwater Aquarium Fish For Heart Wellness
Introduction
I had high blood pressure numerous years ago and my physician wanted to place me on high blood pressure medication to stop me from having a heart attack. But I located that the medication he wanted to put me on, I would have to take for the rest of my life.
So rather of taking the medications, I altered my diet program to far more natural foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, much less red meat and much more fish. I also obtained a 75-gallon freshwater aquarium.
With these modifications in my life, my blood pressure returned to standard. I do not know if it was the food, the aquarium or a mixture of each that lowered by blood pressure. I would like to feel it was a mixture of both.
So if you have high blood pressure and are at risk of a heart attack, adjust your diet regime and get an aquarium.
Why Do Aquariums Aid Your Heart
By lowering your blood pressure you lessen the threat of creating a heart attack. An aquarium will lower your blood pressure since apparently observing the swimming motion of fish in an aquarium has a calming effect on the human body.
I have placed my 75-gallon aquarium in my property office exactly where I devote most of my time. The fish I have in my aquarium that helped lessen my pressure and lessen my danger of a heart attack are:
- African Featherfin Catfish – These are lovely fish to watch swim about. Although they devote most of their time on the bottom and in hiding, they do come out at feeding time.
- Kissing Gourami – These fish are pink in color and swim around slowly in the aquarium. They are called Kissing Gourami because they are consistently puckering their lips.
- Tiger Barbs – These are really stunning fish. They are gold in color and have four black stripes giving them that tiger look. They swim in schools and if you want to acquire some, get six or more. Something less and they will turn out to be anti-social.
- Three Spot Blue Gourami – These fish are bluish or cobalt in color and have two black spots on each and every side. The eye is considered the third black spot. Like the Kissing Gourami they also swim around slowly.
Conclusion
If you want to reduce your risk of a heart attack, obtain a freshwater aquarium that will help minimize your blood pressure.
